Dear Concern,
We dispatched PDPOETIN 4000iu 20 Packs yesterday from Peshawar at 4pm to Rehmanabad Rawalpindi. It is still not sure that stock reached or not in Rawalpindi.
It is a medicine and cold chain item. After 12 hours drug efficacy destroyed because of non availability of cold chain. Drug become expired and non effective for the patients.
Shipment number is 171011555.
Daewoo is responsible for this casual behavior and they have to pay penalty for this. Drug cost is total Rs 72,000.
Please guide me how you will handle this situation.
