wrong delivery of TCS
My TCS letter delivered on totely wrong address. who will be responcible for my documents which I sent to my home town address. Address was written on the envelop very clear. This letter can be sent by post office in just 10 or 20 rupees. I payed Rs 260/- for this letter to delivered by safe hands on my given address but TCS could not did this.
