Tcs Branch Kot addu /ATM card not deliver
My ATM card 2 time dispatch by Hbl
@Same address and TCS ,no intimate to
Me even one time through cell phone call.
Why TCS pending my confidential card on her office ?
Why are not call to me if my Address was not verify?
Why TCS office Team ask to me that receive from our
Office your card. We will not deliver to your home its not our dury ???

Dear TCs Complaint.
My ATM card was dispatch on my mailling address date.30 _June _2017
with CN# 30321441010.
& Date 10 July 2017 card was returned due my Address not verify/ during this Time period “No one Single call i have Receive from TCS office or any Courier for inform to me “
2nd,
same ATM card has re-send to me from HBL with Consignment no.30326453552
Date .12-July-2017.
Today when i am call to TCS office @PTCL phone 066.2241515 ‘
They ask me that “This is not our service officially to inform you via call Phone and If you want to receive your card then you must visit here and collect from our Office Kot Addu your ATM card”???
WHY SIR???
My Home address “Main in city Location/then why .
You only confirm just that
” this is not your service to Intimate the party by Phone call & Further if My address was not valid then WHY Hold my Card TCS kotaddu from 30 June to 10_July????
And Why i am receive my ATM card from Your office/ are this is not responsibility of TCS kotaddu ??
Please response do the needful.
