I had registered my account with EP Application yesterday. Despite making numourous efforts and talking to the help line several times I am still unable to logon to the Application. No one guided me to resolve my issue so far. Someone from the call center told me that the Application version has been upgraded therefore facing issues while logon into it. Why the downloader is still available on the App Store if it has issues; please delist the app temporarily so that customers may not face inconvenience
