i have two economy class tickets of RS 15000 each. I upgrade both tickets as business class from Karachi Airport before the time of boarding and pay extra 46000 for two tickets and get boarding as business class but when I arrive in plane I did not found business class seats because flight was all economy but plain was register as economy and business class.
I given my complain as written on Airport show them boarding, two witness, 1 singer Waris Baigh, 2- Actor Babrik Shah, show video proof to PIA accounts office but until now no one give me refund, they said our plane has 8 seats of business class which is totally fraud. any one help me to take refund from PIA.
