Dear Sir, Please be noted that I booked a ride on 1st July, 2017 at 8.07 pm after a long wait your captian canceled the ride. He cancelled the ride and also charge the Rs.909/= which is now in my account Rs.-909/=. I complaint twice at careems helpline and request to remove that amount from my account but still showing that amount in my account which is painful.
