Respected Sir .
I am Resident of Sukkur City Sindh. My Ptcl connection stopped working from the december 2016 instead i paid bill upto March 2017. In that time i made almost 35 complains to PTCL which even are registered in PTCL. Still the PTCL is sending bills and personals of PTCL Sukkur exchange are calling on my personal number in disturbing and rude ways to pay bill even that i am not using services. Sir please kindly resolve that issue.
