Dear Sir.
it is to inform you that i am a user of PTCL No. 021 34492733 and brandband conection since long. now a days internet connection was out of order for last 10 days, in his i registered a complain to PTCL No.1218 and my complain no.is 33. further more the said fault will not rectified till i personally visit D.E/ SDO .Model colony Exchange. it is therefore requested you to please help me to resolve this issue.
