I called careem on 28th june 2017 at 10:00 pm in jinnah avenue centaurus . After numerous phone calls the cab did’nt reach there as he failed to find the
route to reach there. Waiting for around 45 minutes the ride was cancelled by me but I was told that I had to pay a penalty of 120 as the captain was assigned.So i took another local cab and set for home because i could’nt wait longer than that.
