Sub : Request to replace Damage meter.
Dear Sir,
I am sorry to inform you that my meter is Damage from the front side Due to fire. Unfortunately un know persons paste fire on plastic bag which kept side of wall in Quantity due to this reason your meter Damage from the front side. Picture had attached with this Application. Customer Number 7038801000(4) by name of Muhammad Rafiq Address H403 sector 16/B Malik Anwar Goth North Karachi
I request you to send your men to replace the defect meter and meter area if it is possible to you so that in future we this kind of Accident ,
I hope you will consider my case favorably and give order for replacement at on earliest date.
