We, the residents of Malik Arif Street No. 16, Mohallah Kotli Pir Abdul Rehman, Baghbanpura, Lahore, are facing a severe problem of growing problems of overflow of drainage in our main street(s) for the last six months, as the drainage of our street(s) is blocked.
This overflow in drainage causes the problem of bad odor and leads to growth of mosquitoes which may lead to malaria. Small children playing outside the door have already affected by diarrhea. Sometimes we feel vomiting and nausea.
We have already given many complaints to our concerned local authorities. They are always giving us empty promises and doing nothing. We have also hired some persons for solution of this problem but unfortunately the drainage is still blocked. Resultantly, the dirty water is standing still in our streets.
It is humbly requested that the concerned authorities may promptly be directed for solution of our problem. We shall be highly oblidged.
