My all bill are paid on time. Bill paid history shows no arrears in bills. but in bill summary there are arrears in current bill. My current bill is 798/= but due to arrears it is now 1860/- so kindly consider it and rectify this bill ASAP. 021-34633594 thats the no.
What is Arrears….and why its add in my ptcl bill….?
