i received Message from my bank that i used careem cab Service and they detected amount from my bank + international card swipe charges but i didn’t use their services. first i called my bank and ask them if this is a mistake they said no careem charged you with this amount.
so i called careem helpline they asked me to email on [email protected]
so i filed my complaint and send them bank message i received.
the response i get is please share your bank statement with us.
so now what they exactly what me to do.
Go to my bank ask them for bank statement in fact Pay charges for my statement and then email them
they want me to do all the hassle work
they should check their account statement they received this Money or not.
what they are basically doing is fraud they are stealing people money.
and their response is pathetic.
now i called my bank ask them what to do they asked me to visit my branch file a claim and complain against careem they will do the further.
The point is they are stealing people money so be careful every one.
