It is submitted that a landline No.042-37980125 installed in LESCO Office Muridke using for Fax machine. Over 8 months ago, suddenly outgoing became out of order that Fax was receiving from other side but we were unable to fax any paper to other side due to some internal fault of landline No. A large Number of complaints have been registered as well as verbally by visiting office of SDO PTCL Muridke Shahzad Town Exchange Narowal Road Muridke. Later-on landline No. has been changed by PTCL department as 042-37980126 but a period of over 08 months, complaint has not been rectified so far and we are facing much difficulties to fax papers to the higher offices which resulted work of this office is being affected badly.
