today early in the morning i booked a ride from.malir river bridge to taj medical complex then i made a call to captain he said i am not coming i am far away from.so cancel the ride… i asked him to cancel by himself he said we dont have option of cancelling a ride ( amir khan dihatsu mira BHL 764) he said cancel this ride and again book a ride u will get another captain who will take u to your destination.. i did the same i booked a ride and made a call to the captain he said he is nof comming to malir he did not have idea about the way so cancel the ride ( ammar rehman toyota pixis BJE 305) Then in evening i again booked a ride from taj to malir the captain said i am not coming cancel the ride i asked him that they will charge me he said no u will get no plenty about this ( arshad ahmed suzuki cultus BGP 559)… SO careem charged me total 465 😡😡😡😡😡😡 is this a way???? really unfair and illegal… i am not going to travel by this third class app ever😡😡
