i want to complain about one of your drivers, as we booked GO ride , we were in emergency and location was showing that captain is 10 minutes away as waited for him after 20 minutes ive called him on his number but his was not picking my call rather he was cancelling my call.. he made us waiting for half an hour he was very rude you should take proper action as he is making yiour service day by day by doing such dramas , ive texted him to cancel my ride yourself if you don’t want to come but he wasn’t doing this though map was showing 12 minutes far away then after 2 seconds it was showing that captain has arrived but he wasn’t actually there.
