I got my prepaid package converted to postpaid in Jan 2017.later on I changed back to prepaid,I was told by franchise rep that I will get my security deposit soon but it was not such that.I again contacted WAH CANTT franchise in this regard in last week of APRIL but rep told me rudely to contact help line . I rang help line,I was informed that I would get security deposit by 10 May on my home address.Again I contacted WAH CANTT franchise on 19 May,rep answered rudely to ring to help line .I talked to help line,he told me that I would get pay order delivered at DIK franchise by 25 May.When I checked from there ,they had not received my pay order.I called help line ,he gave me the TCS consingment no.I checked from TCS office,they told that the parcel was farwarded to Mianwali instead of DIK.I ask to deliver security at 43 F,STREET 8 ,PHASE 4 ,OFFICERS COLONY,WAH CANTT.My cell no is 03004277279.
