Sir i want to report a xomplain regarding. To my sim
As i asked previously
I activated my hourly net package. And had my free mbs
At the time my balance was 130-135
Then just now an hour ago i asked for the package and my balance is dropped to 70 rs
While i got 104 mbs in hourly package still left till 9 45
While free mbs are 0 now
I cant understand the system on which this sim is working on
It is causing a drainage of money for the customers. Please report my complain and please check it

As my offer was activated why my balance was used although my mbs were still remaining
