i can a captain his car was not working he was near my location then i called him after mints and asked where are you?so he said my car is not working but im near your location i said him to cancel the trip thrice btw he said i and didnt done that yet i have to call another captain and he strts the ride and adds negative cancellation price in my account i wany my 150 cancellation price back as soon as possible..
