I have paid cancellation charges 3 times by drivers mistake now i want to back my amount if u not return back my amount i change my service careem to uber kindly note 3 times i paid this is too much in your policy according to ur rule captain wait 2 hour once booked a ride so why ur captain cancel ride with in a 15 min take strictly action
