Dear Sir,
I booked my seat from Haripur to Peshawar for 8:35 pm dated may 13.
The vehicle is alte due course of road at Havilian.
I called your center for confirmation on 0331-111-007-008 between 7:00 pm and 8:15 pm, however they replied that the vehicle departure time is on due time.
I rushed to the terminal, their I found the vehicle is late. I requested them for confirmation of vehicle location, they refused.
My question is what the difference the staff at a common bus stand and at your terminal, if we receive the same treatment why not to avail their services at less price.
The attire/ the dress of your staff at Haripur is worse than beggars roaming outside your terminal.
Their communications skill are simply zero.
Why not to shift your vehicle to common bus stand, my suggestions, you are the approving authority.
Even they don’t know how to talk to the customers. Where is M & E manglager or MEAL managers or section.
They should visit each terminal and must have suggestions for improvement.
