Dear,
I send some books from TCS Head Office Lahore(Located in sir Syed road Gulberg) to Sadiqabad, but these files are not received even after 28 hours. It was supposed to be delivered by this morning, otherwise it’s in vain. consignment Id= 4066453437
AOA!
I despatched my very important document i. e educational certificates of my daughter for new admission from LHR – ATD on 13th of July 2019 but yet not reached.
Yesterday I made call on 111-123-456 several time but nobody satisfy me putting me on hold for long time & then call dropped. I informed them why my TCS is located in RWP?. Today after long discussion of 20min repeatedly noted down of cell numbers self/receiver, despatched address self location thereafter holding me bcz system slow at last I feel myself lucky to take complaint token number which is 3006254.
Now anybody tell me what I have to do? only wait? and who is held responsible for no admission of my daughter in college?
Please help me & adress of my questions.

Respected sir/madam–my two parcels numbers 503168834 and 503168835 was booked from bhalwal and further these are handed over to DHL faisalabad for onward delivery to Australia vide numbers 2010097272 and 6425855763.when these two parcels received at lahore–i received a message from DHL that we need your photo ID which i provided within 10 minutes but DHL returned these parcels to TCS lahore–i spoke to DHL that why you have done this and they replied that these parcels was returned before receiving your photo ID but i provided within 10 minutes–really whats going on–DHL said that now these parcels will be issued new number and then these will be processed.please take action whats need to be done and deliver to me in Australia and let me know on my email [email protected]
