i want to complain about (HBL bhakkar muslim bazar main branch) officers…they may be well qualified but mostly have very bad behavior with customers and very bad attitude and they are very arrogant..i Don’t know all their names but one..named Muhammad Rauf..he is probably a CSM of HBL i was a customer and i had to go to 1st 3 desks and they all treated me very bad i had a fast cash payment from Saudi Arabia and at 1st desk he make me wait 10 mins for no reason then finely declared my payment to next desk and then he mistreated me he asked for my ID card and then he rejected the payment the reason was my fathers name which was Hasnain Farid and when i tried to tell him that its a Saudi law they put 1st name at actual name and 2nd at father’s…but they are so dumb that they couldn’t understand that..i goes to Muhammad rauf and i asked him that i take payment every month and is was same every time before then he got arrogant he asked this our decision to make to give you payment or not and you have to correct the fathers name to get the payment then i goes to the BM he was a good man his dealing was also good he understood me and asked Muhammad Rauf to clear the payment and when i got to him again then he again asked me that i have to correct the name 1st…he will not clear my payment..this was so depressing…HBL is a very Standard Bank and i don’t think that these officers are Good for HBL they must be taught a lesson or training for customer dealing…because i am not the only one my city is a backward city and people are very simple and mostly illiterate they have no option except to bear those arrogant and misbehavior Officers..i stood up and sent a complain now Bank have the option to take action or not..please take action so that people can take easy transactions and feel relax not stressed thanks
