I ordered multiple product from daraz using credit card on 04-10-2023 having order number 169009993549470. All other products were delivered on time but one product was delayed. It’s tracking id is PK-DEX073402105. I tracked this order through daraz website and it was showing delivery attempt failed. I was shocked as no delivery attempt was made. I contacted rider and local office representative of pk.dex in Mianwali and asked him about my order. He checked details and told me that my order is with him and will be delivered to me on next day, but order was not delivered later. I then contacted multiple times to Daraz customer service in 3 to 4 days and told them about delayed delivery. They told mn that I will get my order before 19th Oct as it is in transit. Now today they suddenly updated status that multiple delivery attempts were made to deliver the product but failed. I am shocked to know that how can these people tell a lie with fluency and confidence. They are damaging Daraz name and reputation as well.
