Assalam o Alaikum!
I placed an order of 3 winter suits ( 3 piece suits in end of November 2023-11-27 from Nishat Linen (11.11 single day sale.) But I was not in the town when my househelp received the COD PARCEL and it was delivered via leopardcourier, I was unable to open the cod parcel because of the wedding so, I opened the parcels today and I was shocked to see that it was 2 gent’s coats (black and gray) instead of 3 female winter suits.
I’m writing down the article numbers of those 3 suits
1. 11.11 single day sale article 11.11 004
2. 11.11 single day sale article 11.11 006
3. 11.11 single day sale article 11.11 001
My order’s tracking number was 751514094 and my parcels COD amount was PKR 5,850.00. Order ID was ysdpl. The booking date was 2023-11-27.
All I want is a refund and if that is not possible than send me the original parcel of those suits which I ordered.
